White Cheese and Tomato Recipe
Mix the following together: 3-4 medium sized tomatoes, cut in cubes; white cheese (not feta thought; if uncertain, try the Eastern European white cheese cut in small cubes (Romanian, Bulgarian) or the Turkish one) 2 spoons sunflower oil black light olives (the ones with less salt and fat, usually found in cans) dry oregano dry basil a dash of grounded white pepper salt, if necessary
I am not giving the exact quantities of cheese and olives because it is a matter of taste. It makes 2-3 servings. You don't need an additional dish, you can have this salad by itself, for dinner.
