| The Pounds Are Not Everything |
Do you measure how fat you are based on your pounds? Don't do that. Bones can be heavier or lighter, muscles are heavier than fat; your breasts can be large or small. And that can make a difference of a few good pounds.

For women, it is ideal to have about 13% body fat. For men the perfect body fat is about 5%.
