Recipe for Losing Weight: White Cheese and Tomato Salad

It’s one of my favorite recipes, and it applies the combination of Calcium and linoleic acid for weight loss.

White Cheese and Tomato Recipe

Mix the following together:

  • 3-4 medium sized tomatoes, cut in cubes;
  • white cheese (not feta thought; if uncertain, try the Eastern European white cheese cut in small cubes (Romanian, Bulgarian) or the Turkish one)
  • 2 spoons sunflower oil
  • black light olives (the ones with less salt and fat, usually found in cans)
  • dry oregano
  • dry basil
  • a dash of grounded white pepper
  • salt, if necessary

I am not giving the exact quantities of cheese and olives because it is a matter of taste.

It makes 2-3 servings. You don’t need an additional dish, you can have this salad by itself, for dinner.

I bet you will love the recipe. I sometimes even use other kinds of cheese if I don’t have the white one.
